With nano-imprint lithography (NIL), we replicate nano-structured optical surfaces on polymer wafers with exceptional fidelity. This allows us to produce diffractive gratings, beam shapers, waveguide couplers, and holographic components that manipulate light beyond the limits of conventional refractive optics.

To complement replication, we provide end-to-end finishing: from anti-reflective and protective coatings to multi-layer bonding and stacking, along with precision dicing and module assembly. Our customers receive not just nano-structured wafers, but complete, ready-to-integrate components tailored to their application needs.
