The Hyperion platform provides a versatile bench for functional testing of micro- and nano-optical components and opto-electronics sub-assemblies.
The test fixture can be swapped quickly by the operator allowing fast switch between different devices under test, enabling fast adaptation to changing product requirements and production flow. The system integrates advanced optical measurements with the Supernova® sequencing software, ensuring repeatable and traceable results.
