High-precision micro-optical arrays for direct use in optical systems, enabling scalable production from micron-scale arrays to full wafer-level solutions.

Offering Description

We develop micro-optical arrays with freeform, diffractive, segmented, or randomized unit cells using 2PP 3D printing. Our technology enables variable pitch, undercuts, and extreme aspect ratios, allowing optical functionalities that are not achievable with conventional fabrication methods.

Arrays can be printed directly on flat substrates such as glass, image sensors, or fiber tips with sub-micron alignment precision in x, y, and z. Highly transparent, low-fluorescence and biocompatible materials support applications in imaging, sensing, illumination, and medical technology.
