We produce custom freeform facet lenses using Printoptical® 3D printing, enabling precise beam shaping and compact optical designs without the need for molds. Facet lenses are well suited for illumination, projection, and sensing applications where tailored light distribution is required – “Light where Needed”.
Offering Description
Our printed facet lenses combine arrays of micro-structured facets into a single optical element, offering excellent control over light distribution. They are ideal for applications in illumination, projection, and sensing where traditional lens fabrication would be costly or restrictive. The additive process enables unique geometries and seamless integration of decorative Optographix® features for branding or design effects.
