Offering Description
We create micro-optical mastering structures optimized for downstream replication technologies such as embossing, molding, or casting. Using our advanced-micro-3D printing, we realize freeform, diffractive, and high-aspect-ratio geometries with excellent surface quality and shape accuracy.
Our replication masters enable the faithful reproduction of complex optical arrays, including variable pitch, undercuts, and randomized structures. Precise control over geometry and surface fidelity supports high replication quality and consistent optical performance across large volumes.
